A reflexology review

I was treated to my first reflexology treatment last week and it was the most relaxing and
therapeutic experience.

I have previously resisted reflexology because I just don’t do feet, I don’t like my feet being touched but this was brilliant – it’s a very specific treatment, using feet to work on different parts of the body and it felt amazing.

As a mum with a busy small business, I am always on the go and I can carry some stress around with me which can make me feel bogged down and tired – I have felt energised and stress-free since my treatment on Friday.

Julia at Sanctuary House was able to pinpoint a few health issues – mainly where I carry my stress – and she was even able to identify where I was in my cycle. Without too much oversharing – I usually feel very hormonal and low after my period but this week, I feel calm and balanced and
I don’t think it’s a co-incidence.

I have felt the benefit so much from one treatment that I am going to book in regular reflexology treatments with Julia – it is worth the investment just to feel well and relaxed.

Julia provides reflexology (and a range of massage treatments) for everyone but she also specialises in using reflexology to aid fertility and to treat women during pregnancy.
