RELAX & BREATHE FOR BIRTH

With Janine Rudin – an experienced specialist in pregnancy, birth and early parenting

I developed Relax & Breathe in 2009 and I have held sessions with expectant parents every month since then. I love this session because I know how vital breathing skills can be to stay focused, to manage pain, to boost energy and to help with any anxiety or panic. This is a relaxing and practical session to help you focus on using your breathing and to give you something to practise as you prepare for the birth of your baby.


Simple but brilliant breathing skills so you can…

Breathe through your contractions to stay calm

Handle any stress, anxiety or panic 

Make decisions in labour if you need to

Stay calm during an induction or a caesarean

Adjust to changes to your birthplan

Keep going if labour becomes tough

Be able to relax and rest in-between contractions

Feel better prepared for labour and birth 

An affordable and effective alternative to hypnotherapy for birth, it includes birth booklets, relaxation music and ongoing support if you need it
