I am a qualified International Association of Infant Massage  Instructor and I possess a HND in Postnatal Groupwork and I run small groups to provide parents with support, a chance to talk and be listened to, as well as skills to encourage calming, soothing and bonding.
I am also an experienced antenatal teacher and postnatal doula.

I love running these baby massage sessions because the massage works to soothe and calm babies and the sessions are relaxing for mums to because, as well as learning massage, you also get to sit back with a cuppa, have a chat and ask all you need to gain reassurance about life with your baby.
