Baby Massage

My baby massage courses offer plenty of chat and cake and, with small groups, the sessions are informal, friendly and relaxing for the mums as well.

Run over four weeks, baby massage is for babies from 4 weeks old to crawling. Courses take place on Thursday & Friday afternoons and include tea, cake, massage oil and handouts.

As I am also a practitioner for pregnancy, birth and early parenting, my sessions can provide you with any support and reassurance you may need as your baby grows. The Friday course runs in the sensory den with relaxing lights and music.

Many mums come back to do the course again – you can book again for a reduced price of £30

I am an antenatal teacher, doula, baby massage instructor, postnatal educator, life coach, writer, mum, wife, friend and, sometimes, just me. As an experienced and qualified practitioner, I specialise in pregnancy, birth and early parenting - my aim is to listen, inform, support and reassure when needed. I have worked with parents since 2002 and I set up Birth, Baby & Family in 2011 to provide good information, a different perspective and links to the best products and services for families. I set up the Birth, Baby & Family Centre in 2014 to provide a welcoming, friendly and supportive space for parents across Tyneside.
