Baby Massage in North Tyneside

 

Run by Janine Rudin, Birth & Baby provides antenatal classes, baby massage, postnatal courses and a doula service for parents across Tyneside

 

This is a baby massage course with plenty of chat and cake and, with small groups, the sessions are informal, friendly and relaxing for the mums as well

Baby massage strokes to help you calm and soothe your baby

Information about baby development, sleep, routines and feeding

The opportunity to ask questions about life with your baby

Chat with other mums

Cake and a cuppa

I run small groups at the Birth & Baby Family Centre in North Shields.
It is £30 for four sessions, which includes oil, handouts, chat, tea and cake – all you need to do is turn up with your baby.

I am a qualified International Association of Infant Massage  Instructor and I possess a HND in Postnatal Groupwork and I run small groups to provide parents with support, a chance to talk and be listened to, as well as skills to encourage calming, soothing and bonding.
I am also an experienced antenatal teacher and postnatal doula. 

I love running these baby massage sessions because the massage works to soothe and calm babies and the sessions are relaxing for mums to because, as well as learning massage, you also get to sit back with a cuppa, have a chat and ask all you need to gain reassurance about life with your baby.
