Wednesdays | 1-3pm
£5, which includes tea/fresh coffee and cake

If you have a new or young baby up to about a year old, this drop-in session is for you. It is an informal group with a warm welcome, coffee, tea, cake, conversation and friendships. It is a supportive place to come to for company, information and reassurance on all things baby and early parenting.

You may need reassurance that everything is normal; you might have questions about sleep, feeding, routines; you might be feeling overwhelmed or you might just need a cuppa and some conversation.

This session is used by parents from across Newcastle and Tyneside and, as it is run by a specialist in pregnancy, birth and early parenting, you are in experienced hands. In addition to having a chat with a hot brew and some cake, there will also be regular discussions about…

baby sleep | going back to work | baby development & behaviour | being a mum

sensory den

You and your baby can also use the warm
and cosy sensory den to relax and snooze.
