1:1 Parent Sessions are about a comfortable, confidential and relaxed support so you can talk freely and without judgement to gain what you need: support, reassurance, a different perspective, strategies & coping skills, planning, balance
and moving forward.
These sessions are about making the time to focus on you as a parent and coping with the different parenting challenges, as well as on your personal goals, on a need for change & motivation and to work towards achieving this and a better life balance. My sessions are down-to-earth and they are about having the time to offload, to think and plan and having a safe space to focus on you to talk things through.
I specialise in working with parents because, as a mum of three, I understand the many demands of being a parent so this is support for you as your children grow and as the challenges shift for you and for your family.
