As a mother of three who works with parents, it is important for me to be able to provide ongoing support for parents – to focus on specific parenting issues, to focus on you as a parent or to focus on you, the person behind the parent.
These 1:1 sessions are for all parents from pregnancy and throughout family life.
The sessions are private and confidential and they are a chance for you to focus on your own need for information, support, reassurance, to be listened to, for some headspace, to plan, to think and to develop coping strategies. Or you may need practical relaxation skills to handle every day stress, anxiety and panic.
As a busy mum I understand the range of demands and challenges of being a parent – the guilt, the juggling, the need to get it right, feeling like we are failing and comparing ourselves to other parents. There can be stress and anxiety and there can be much to talk about.
Postnatal & Baby Support – sleep, feeding, birth debrief, adjusting to being a parent, life with two or more children, going back to work.
Support for Parents – to focus on specific parenting issues as children grow or to focus on personal challenges: work & juggling, identity, motivation, a better life balance, confidence boosts, stress and anxiety management | health, wellbeing and personal development.
Relaxation Skills – sessions to ease and deal with stress, anxiety or panic in day to day life.
Phone & Email Support – for parents who can’t see me face-to-face because of distance or time contraints.
