Pregnancy is a time of change and is different for all of us – your taste buds can alter what you like to eat; you can be too hot; you could be uncomfortable with heartburn, backache and a painful pelvis; we could be irritated and stressed or anxious; you could be in need of more comfortable clothing. You are growing a human so what you need is what you need and this list can constantly change!
