I have taught Relax & Breathe for Birth for the last ten years but I have also used relaxation techniques for my own head – to manage stress and anxiety, to help me get on a plane and to get me through dental appointments. These sessions are about simple but effective skills to keep you calm and in control.

 Appointments are available on:

Monday: 9.30am-12 | 1-4pm | from 7pm

Tuesday:  from 7pm

Wednesday: from 7pm

Thursday: 9.30am-12 | from 7pm

Friday: 3-5pm

Saturday: between 10am-1pm
