This short film raises the issue of teaching our children good food habits, to prevent them carrying bad habits into adulthood.
This made interesting viewing for me because I was raised with bad food habits which I have worked hard to break as I raise my own children. As a mother I do my best – we eat little processed or fast food and we cook from scratch most days. I have also encouraged my girls to cook with me from when they were toddlers but I don’t always get it right and I sometimes find it hard to get the balance right.
