I have taught Relax & Breathe for Birth for the last ten years but I have also used relaxation techniques for my own head – to manage stress and anxiety, to help me get on a plane and to get me through dental appointments.

I am now trained to provide relaxation skills and my sessions are about simple but effective breathing techniques to keep you calm and in control.

My sessions are down-to-earth and straightforward and they are a chance for you to get some additional support and learn beneficial techniques to for stress, anxiety, panic and to help keep you calm.
