Wednesday Postnatal Workshops

I have finally had the time to make changes to my postnatal workshops, which now include a monthly baby massage drop-in session for parents who have already attended a course. All the sessions will run regularly on Wednesday afternoons from 1pm at the Birth & Baby Family Centre in  North Shields.

As with all my sessions, the groups will be small, informal and friendly. The workshops will be a chance for you to gain information and ideas and to be able to ask all the questions you need with some tea and cake…
