Welcome to Birth, Baby & Family…

parent support

Birth, Baby & Family is a small practice, providing a supportive and personalised service for parents. I focus on providing birth preparation, birth doula support, baby massage, weaning and 1:1 parent sessions for a range of personal and parenting issues.

I run a weekly drop-in for mums on maternity leave – Mother Cuppa will run on Wednesdays from 1-3pm and this is for mums with a baby and older siblings are welcome as well.
