Congratulations – you are a parent! As we all know, babies come without an instruction book and it is all about getting to know your new baby, trusting your instincts and riding the challenges as they shift.
I am a mum of three and I have worked with parents since 2002: I know parents and I know babies – the range of differences, the similarities, the range of what’s normal and what mum’s need. As a practitioner, I don’t have an agenda and I don’t tell parents what they ‘should’ be doing – my role is to support you with good information, reassurance and an experienced perspective so you can deal with any challenges and make the best decisions for you and your baby.
My sessions are about listening and reassuring when you need it and providing you with a safe, comfortable space to visit.
I run groups for mums to be supported – where you can make friends, where you can chat and have a laugh and where you can come to offload or just to feel supported on a bad day.
You can send me a message me if you have any queries.
